Service

Orelo provides AI-conducted interview, roleplay, transcription, reporting, and collaboration tools. Customers are responsible for configuring interview content, inviting participants, reviewing outputs, and making any final employment, research, training, or business decisions.

Accounts And Workspaces

You must keep account credentials secure, maintain accurate workspace information, and ensure that only authorized users access customer data. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for members, templates, participants, reports, and billing activity in their workspace.

Participant Sessions

Participants must accept the displayed participant terms before an interview session starts. A session may include AI-generated questions, audio/video recording when enabled, transcription, summaries, findings, reports, and customer review.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not use Orelo to break the law, violate privacy rights, or collect data without a proper lawful basis.
  • Do not upload or request illegal, harmful, infringing, or highly sensitive content unless you are authorized and the use is lawful.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, invite-token checks, rate limits, billing, or security controls.
  • Do not use automated abuse, scraping, credential stuffing, denial-of-service activity, or reverse engineering against the platform.
  • Do not rely on Orelo for medical, legal, financial, safety, emergency, or other regulated advice.

AI Outputs

AI-generated questions, transcripts, summaries, scores, and findings can be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers must review outputs before relying on them and must comply with applicable employment, privacy, anti-discrimination, consumer protection, and data protection laws.

Billing

Paid plans, usage limits, subscriptions, credit packs, invoices, and payment methods are handled through Stripe. Fees are due as shown at checkout or in the billing portal unless a separate written agreement applies.
